Chateau has in-house engineering staff for structural,seismic and mechanical engineering.

In most cases it is quicker and less expensive to pre-fabricate house components in a factory and assemble them on site.Chateau can supply you with wall panels, trusses, floor joists, stairs and dormers.

CONSOLIDATION

As a Licensed Export Trading House Chateau has purchasing arrangements with many manufacturers.These relationships mean lower prices and better quality for you. Chateau inventories common items resulting in even lower costs.We also offer to repackage bulk items into job sizes, crating, palletizing and labeling.
